At this time, Trophy Ops™ only ships within the United States.
We do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible. Typically, orders ship out within 2-5 business days from date of receipt, but sometimes it can take longer during busy times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified that your order is on it's way.
Holidays and Weekends
If your order is placed over the weekend, or on a holiday, we'll usually process your order on the next business day. We don't currently offer weekend delivery at this time.
We do everything in our power to get your order to you as fast as we possibly can, but once our carrier picks it up, it's out of our hands, so your patience is appreciated.
Please note that All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS. Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days.

We have a 14-day (from order delivery date) FULL money back guarantee.
We also offer a 30-day FREE exchange policy, which means you have up to 30 days (from order delivery date) to request an exchange if the item is damaged, mis-printed, doesn't arrive, doesn't fit, or the wrong item is received.
For both returns and exchanges, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you at no cost, but you are required to package and ship the item(s) back to us before your refund or exchange will be processed.
Once we receive your returned item(s) we will then begin processing your refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags (if equipped), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all used/worn/washed apparel (including hats), items that smell like smoke or other odors that weren't present upon shipping, perishable items (anything with an expiration date), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and anything else not listed here that has been used, damaged or lost by the buyer.
We also do not accept returns for any product that has hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.
How Long It Takes To Get A Refund
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
