Our Return Policy
We have a 14-day (from order delivery date) FULL money back guarantee.
We also offer a 30-day FREE exchange policy, which means you have up to 30 days (from order delivery date) to request an exchange if the item is damaged, mis-printed, doesn't arrive, doesn't fit, or the wrong item is received.
For both returns and exchanges, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you at no cost, but you are required to package and ship the item(s) back to us before your refund or exchange will be processed.
Once we receive your returned item(s) we will then begin processing your refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags (if equipped), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Once you receive your order please be sure to inspect it right away. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, mis-printed or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all used/worn/washed apparel (including hats), items that smell like smoke or other odors that weren't present upon shipping, perishable items (anything with an expiration date), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and anything else not listed here that has been used, damaged or lost by the buyer.
We also do not accept returns for any product that has hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.
Packaging Your Return
After getting your return label, be sure to remove any old shipping labels and other information from your return packaging.
Print out and securely attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the packaging, then pack the item(s) you wish to return and seal the package.
Drop off your return package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
To prevent lost returns, be sure to use the correct carrier.
We also suggest keeping your shipping receipt until your refund has been issued.
How Long It Takes To Get A Refund
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
